Interviews for an Ausbildung are often by video. They usually start with small talk, then questions about you, the job and why you chose their company. Prepare short, true answers and practise them out loud.
Talking about the past (Perfekt)
In speech Germans use the Perfekt: haben or sein + past participle at the end. Ich habe ein Praktikum gemacht. Ich habe in einer Werkstatt gearbeitet. Verbs of movement use sein: Ich bin nach Deutschland gekommen.

Always have one or two questions ready for the end. Asking about a normal working day or being kept on (übernommen) after training shows real interest.
